The MarketPlace Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced supermarket leader with a passion for customer service, operational excellence, and team development. Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment that operates seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays? Key responsibilities include leading daily store operations, driving sales, recruiting and coaching a team, and managing inventory.
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years of proven supermarket management experience; Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours; Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and POS systems; Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive KPIs; Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on store duties; Passion for food, service, and the retail grocery environment
