On behalf of our client: Diversified Holdings Limited, SOS Limited is seeking Assistant Managers and Qualified Chefs. Assistant Managers will assist the Store Owner in all aspects of small variety store operations, including stocktaking, ordering, cleaning, running the register, and delivery. Qualified Chefs will handle cooking management, inventory control, menu planning, and staff training with a focus on Bermudian, European, and Oriental cuisine. All staff are required to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, involving nine-hour shifts, six days a week across various locations.

Requirements

Assistant Manager: At least five years of retail management experience. Qualified Chef: At least five years of work experience in cooking management and proven experience in Bermudian, European and/or Oriental cuisine. General: Record of good integrity, excellent employment references, customer service skills, neat appearance, and ability to work flexible schedules.
