Must have a high school certificate and at least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar setting, including 2 years in a managerial role within hospitality. Duties include taking food and beverage orders, serving tables, operating a POS system, cash handling, resolving customer complaints, arranging equipment maintenance, assisting with stock control, cleaning fridges, rotating stock, training and supervising front-line staff, and preparing hot and cold espresso drinks. Must work well under pressure, provide excellent customer service, support the team, and be available for long, irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
Requirements
