Willowbank Resort is seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to support accurate financial operations in a hospitality environment. Responsibilities include recording financial transactions, processing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank and credit card activity, supporting payroll, organizing invoices, and assisting with budgeting and audits. As a leader in this ministry, the successful applicant will be required to participate in staff ministry meetings.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least five years of bookkeeping, accounting assistant, or related finance experience preferred. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar accounting software. Strong spreadsheet skills. Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and reconciliation.
