On behalf of our client, Artisan Boulangerie Ltd., we seek an Assistant Baker Having at least 3 years of work experience as a baker or pastry chef, the assistant baker will assist in the preparation and production of baked products. Duties will include but are not limited to prep/bake breads, viennoiseries, pastries, savory good; pack B2B orders, and assist in monitoring and ordering baking supplies. Must have a proven track record of ability to handle high volume of baking, food cost calculation skills and have the knowledge to introduce new baked goods regularly.
