We are seeking an experienced Operational Engineer to support and execute hospitality renovation and construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating subcontractors and teams, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves reporting deviations to the Senior Project Manager, optimizing material estimation and procurement, and facilitating clear communication with clients and stakeholders. The position requires flexibility to work extra hours and weekends, as needed, to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards in luxury spaces.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working with stone and tile materials in high-end hospitality settings. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in reading blueprints are required. Experience with project management software like Procore or MS Project is essential. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
