Liberty Group Limited (LGL) is seeking a Talent & Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organisation's approach for recruitment, performance management, and talent development to ensure we attract, develop and retain the right people to support the company's mission, culture, and long-term goals. The Talent & Acquisition Manager works closely with the Director, Human Resources & Culture, senior leaders and managers across the organisation to understand workforce needs, strengthen employee performance and support a positive and accountable workplace culture.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred; Minimum of 5-7 years' of progressive experience in talent acquisition, performance management or a related Human Resources role; Professional HR certification with experience in a unionised environment considered an asset; Experience in leading or supervising HR staff; Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, performance management processes and employment legislation; Experience with HRIS and recruitment systems; Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail; High level of professionalism and discretion with excellent communication, leadership, organisational and time-management skills. All successful applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
