Diamonds International seeks a Senior Diamond, Tanzanite and Watch Operations Specialist for their retail store in Dockyard. Responsibilities include arranging and organizing merchandise displays, providing extensive training to staff, grading diamonds and tanzanite, inventory management, overseeing logistics, liaising with watch specialty brands, and assisting management in recruitment and operational tasks. The role requires working a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Requirements

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience selling luxury watches and working in the diamond, watch and tanzanite sales industry; A minimum of 3 years overseeing operations of gemstones and luxury watches in a large retail or wholesale operation; Experience in managing inventory; Specialized in training sales staff; Knowledge of luxury watch brands and components; Experience repairing minor issues with watches; Knowledge of diamonds/tanzanite industry and setting processes; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Bilingual speakers with intermediate Spanish preferred.
