We're looking for a hands-on Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to manage shipments from origin to delivery across imports, exports, and relocations. You'll play a key role in coordinating freight movements, handling documentation, liaising with global partners, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. Main responsibilities include managing inbound, outbound, and relocation shipments end-to-end; coordinating with carriers, agents, and customs brokers; preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documentation; overseeing exports (air & ocean) and inbound freight to Bermuda; supporting international and domestic relocations; handling shipment tracking, issue resolution, and customer updates; managing claims, insurance, and cost control; and helping improve processes and support service growth.
Requirements
Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain is required. Minimum 3 years' experience in freight, shipping, or logistics. PIPA Awareness experience. Customs Vetting experience. Dangerous Goods Certification is required. Experience with relocations/export documentation is a plus. Strong understanding of Bills of Lading, AWB, and customs processes. Organised, detail-focused, and confident working with global partners.
