Appleby requires the services of an experienced Legal Executive Assistant in our Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams. The successful candidate will be focused, innovative and have a keen eye for detail. Principal duties include advanced secretarial support to a team of assigned lawyers, travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and legal documents, managing court bundles, liaising with government departments, managing calendars, and processing monthly invoices.
Requirements
A minimum of five years of experience in a senior secretarial role; A minimum of three years of experience providing secretarial support in a law firm/legal environment; Experience working in a shared support environment; Excellent verbal and communication skills; Professional attitude and approach; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook), Client Management Systems (CMS), and Document Management Systems (DMS).
