NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a preliminary meeting of CUSTODIAN LIFE LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION) (the "Company") will be held virtually via Zoom at 8:00 am ADT on Friday, 13 March 2026. Policyholders, independent financial advisors, and creditors are encouraged to attend the meeting, which will explain the mechanism for voting at the first meetings of creditors and contributories of the Company to be held on Friday, 15 May 2026. The preliminary meeting will provide those in attendance an update as to the progress of the liquidation. The Ad-Hoc Creditors' Committee's legal counsel will also be in attendance, to provide creditors with the committee's views on voting at the first meetings, as well as any other relevant matters. Those who wish to attend the meeting should contact the joint provisional liquidators at their dedicated email address, cbcbmcustodianlife@deloitte.com, in order to secure the call-in details for the meeting.
