As a Member Care Representative I (MCR I), you will provide routine frontline support to members by processing standard transactions and responding to general inquiries in accordance with established procedures and Credit Union policies. This role is essential to delivering efficient, accurate, and member-focused service at the first point of contact. Key Duties and Responsibilities include processing routine cash and cheque transactions, reconciling daily cash balances, maintaining accurate daily records, providing frontline member service in person and via phone/email, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all procedures.

Requirements

A minimum academic qualification of a BSSC; at least one (1) year of experience in a customer service, cashiering, retail banking, or financial services environment; strong numerical skills; good verbal and written communication skills; high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
