In this role you will:

• Provide Human Resources (HR) service delivery (i.e., onshore delivery services), by supporting the local People function activities across People Planning & Strategy, Talent, Recruitment, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, Learning, and Benefits
• Be responsible for HR case management and query resolution, including day-to-day management of the HR phone line, the HR case management system, and the shared HR mailbox
• Undertake employee lifecycle support and administration, including preparation, coordination, and maintenance of documentation for hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, work permits, and other colleague changes
• Provide recruitment administration support, including managing external postings, closing employment advertisements, and maintaining appropriate employment documentation in line with retention rules
