Progressive risk management experience gained from working directly within the re/insurance industry or consulting for clients in the re/insurance industry. Proven experience positively influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives. A background in enhancing risk frameworks, reporting, or analytics. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and introduce new ideas, methods, and perspectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts. A proactive and independent approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities. High impact communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of the Bermuda or Solvency II insurance regulatory environment is an advantage. A Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, finance, re/insurance, or a related subject/field of study preferred. Advanced designations (e.g., FRM, CRM, CPA, CFA, CERA) would be advantageous.
