Responsible for providing corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of Appleby Global Services corporate secretarial clients, which will include both commercial and private client structures. Responsible for coordinating and managing the listing process for some clients while ensuring client work is completed per legal, regulatory and industry best-practice guidelines and that relevant policies and procedures are being followed. Duties include maintaining client corporate records, acting as Company Secretary, attending board meetings, and ensuring AML/CTF compliance.

Requirements

Must have at least 7 years' experience in Corporate Administration. Certifications in Corporate Secretarial Practice I and II preferred. Strong working knowledge of the Bermuda Companies Act 1981. Knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, FATCA, and CRS requirements. Detailed knowledge of BMA's INTEGRA system and the Bermuda Registrar of Companies online portal. ACG or FCG qualified is preferred.
