The SVP, Business Solutions – Gross-to-Net Lead is responsible for coordinating with Underwriting, Analytics, IT and Enterprise Risk Management in the structuring, analysis and risk representation of all group ceded reinsurance solutions within RenaissanceRe's integrated risk system. Additionally, the individual will lead enhancements to RenaissanceRe's capabilities for executing its established gross to net strategy. Responsibilities include leading the Gross-to-Net value stream, developing enterprise capabilities, proactively monitoring risk profiles, monitoring quality of data inputs, utilizing reporting and analysis tools, and seeking ways to enhance integrated systems.

Requirements

A university degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the reinsurance industry including capital modelling, underwriting, portfolio management, and enterprise risk management. Proven track record in executing a successful gross to net strategy utilizing multiple balance sheets and third-party capital. Proven experience in structuring, analysis and management of ceded reinsurance solutions. Proven experience managing a highly technical team of software developers and analysts. The ability to manage internal and external relationships.
