The role is responsible for overseeing the Company’s financial and technical accounting, regulatory and management reporting, and internal control environment, including services provided by external partners. It also supports the day-to-day management of the Bermuda office and works closely with the Zurich branch on the use and development of group systems. This position is well suited to candidates with experience in reinsurance, insurance-linked securities (ILS), or international finance.

Requirements

Essential: Recognised accounting qualification with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience. Strong financial reporting, internal controls, and risk-management experience. Experience with reinsurance accounting systems. Preferred: Familiarity with ILS and collateralised reinsurance structures.
