BCB is seeking a highly qualified, dynamic and result orientated individual to fulfil the role of Head of Customer Value Management. The individual will be responsible for maximising customer lifetime value across Retail, High Net Worth (HNW), Corporate, and Digital Asset Business (DAB) segments. The role owns customer growth, engagement, retention, segmentation, customer communications, marketing, PR, and go-to-market execution. This individual will act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure BCB not only launches great products, but successfully acquires, retains, and grows profitable customer relationships. They will be accountable for HubSpot strategy, customer segmentation, campaign performance targets, and commercial success metrics, as well as accountable for overall ROI across the marketing function.

Requirements

High school diploma and University degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in Customer Value Management, CRM, Marketing, Proposition, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, or Growth roles. Experience working within banking, wealth management, payments, fintech, or financial services. Proven success delivering customer growth, retention, and commercial outcomes. Strong understanding of CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot. Experience leading go-to-market and product launch activities. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Asset to have experience with: HNW client segments, Corporate digital banking and digital asset business clients, Customer analytics and segmentation, Knowledge of Bermudian financial services market.
