Ocorian is seeking an experienced Corporate Analyst to join the Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of a portfolio of corporate entities while ensuring compliance with corporate governance, AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include conducting KYC/CDD checks, maintaining company records, performing sanctions screening, assisting with client onboarding, and preparing corporate governance documentation.
Requirements
Experience in corporate services, company secretarial, legal, fund administration, or regulated financial services environments. Knowledge of corporate governance, AML/KYC requirements, and regulatory obligations. Relevant professional qualification (or working towards one), such as CGI/ICSA, STEP, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent, is desirable.
