The Senior Vice President, Retro and International is responsible for leading and managing a significant portfolio of Assumed Retro, London Market D&F, Global, and International reinsurance within the Global Catastrophe portfolio. This role carries broad authority for portfolio performance, market engagement, strategic contribution, and complex underwriting decision-making.
Requirements
20+ years of reinsurance industry experience, including significant exposure to catastrophe underwriting, portfolio management, and market-facing responsibilities; Knowledge of German or Japanese clients and language skills a plus; University degree in a numerate, business, or related discipline preferred; Relevant professional designations or advanced underwriting qualifications are considered an asset.
