For our fast-paced recruitment business in Bermuda and Cayman, this position has two main areas of responsibility: driving sales and directing operations to ensure revenue targets are met. This is a roll-your-sleeves-up management position focused on both temporary and permanent recruitment services, concentrating on actuarial talent. The manager is expected to provide market expertise and consulting advice to client organizations, while maintaining a recruitment portfolio. The sales management duties include setting budgets and revenue targets; driving business development; and cultivating new and existing client and candidate relationships. Compensation for this position is revenue driven. This position requires an undergraduate degree and at least 5 years' experience working for a recruitment agency that provides both temporary and permanent recruitment services, with a focus on actuarial recruitment. Also essential for this role is outstanding communication skills and working proactively with a strong sense of urgency.
