FIL Limited is the head office of Fidelity International, which is one of the world’s leading investment managers and operates across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America. Key Duties and Responsibilities include overseeing monthly close process, review of quarterly and annual reporting, preparation of consolidated balance sheet and earnings, oversight of shareholder accounting processes, production of audit deliverables, reconciliation of balances, investment accounting, preparation of management reports, reviews of legal agreements, and development of accounting controls and innovations.

Requirements

A CPA(CA), CA or ACA with at least 8 years post-qualification experience, including significant audit experience, preference to fund management industry experience. Experience in a multinational, multi-currency organization, preparation of financial statements under US GAAP, strong technology skills including advanced Excel and knowledge of Oracle, experience managing people in a multi-national team, and strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
