KPMG Advisory is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Senior with experience and a proven track record in Deal Advisory, including but not limited to, experience working in a diverse portfolio of engagements and working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver corporate finance and transaction services to advisory clients. Key job functions and responsibilities include: Execution of various advisory engagements, which may involve financial modeling, valuation analyses, financial and commercial due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, business case development, and preparation of reports, information memoranda and other documentation for external consumption. Working in various sectors including insurance and other financial services, asset management, infrastructure, public sector, tourism and hospitality. Attending client meetings and preparing high-quality deliverables for client engagements. Assisting in new business development including the preparation and presentation of proposals. Liaising and working with colleagues across KIG and our global KPMG member firm network. Reporting to clients, partners and team members on the progress of engagements and other initiatives. Development of thought leadership and speaking in public forums. Candidates must have the following qualifications, skills and attributes: A bachelor's degree or above and a minimum of two years of experience in advisory or public accounting business providing related services to a broad range of clients, but preferably in the financial services industry. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or CFA. Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data, assess risks and recommend actionable strategies. Understanding of business valuation methods and valuation of intangible assets for purchase price allocation purposes are preferred. A keen eye for detail, solid financial skills, strong people skills, the ability to work at one's own initiative, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, including the ability to multi-task daily and maintain high levels of drive and resilience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to produce and review complex reports and proposals. A high degree of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
