Morphosis Global, a Bermuda-based Organisational Development and Employee Wellbeing consultancy, is seeking to appoint a licensed Industrial / Organisational Psychologist to join its consulting team. This is a specialist, delivery-focused role requiring advanced professional training in organisational psychology and the ability to design, implement, and embed evidence-based people and organisational solutions within client organisations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deliver organisational development and change initiatives, including leadership development, culture and engagement programs • Conduct organisational diagnostics, needs analyses, and stakeholder consultations • Administer, interpret, and provide feedback on psychometric assessments for recruitment, leadership development, and talent identification • Design and facilitate training and development interventions for executives, managers, and employees • Support clients through the implementation of people and performance solutions, ensuring practical application and sustainability Contribute to recruitment and selection processes, including assessment design, interviewing, and candidate feedback • Design and analyze people data and generate insights to support leadership decision-making • Apply ethical and professional organisational psychology principles in all consulting and assessment work • Collaborate with internal consultants, coaches, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's or Doctoral degree in Industrial / Organisational Psychology Professional registration as an Industrial / Organisational Psychologist with a recognized professional body Formal accreditation in psychometric tools up to the use of level C assessments • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, talent assessment, and change management Very strong & demonstrated group facilitation, consulting, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and deliver complex projects within client organisations Willingness to complete extensive psychometric assessments as part of the recruitment process
