The Talent (HR) Administrator will provide transactional and administrative Talent support to employees, aligning work outcomes to the local Strategic Priority Areas leveraging best practices, while staying current with market trends. The incumbent will work closely with the Talent team, ensuring the office embeds Deloitte's global and regional Talent practices for a consistent employee Talent Experience. They will support with immigration, work permits, visa applications, general talent operations, recruitment and student programs, onboarding and offboarding, and with monitoring and maintaining local Talent processes.

Requirements

High school diploma. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is an asset. Minimum of one (1) year experience in Human Resources or an administrative role; relevant internship experience will be considered. Competent in common office software such as MS Office suite and HRIS software. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
