We are seeking a Human Resources Manager who embodies this philosophy: a people-focused, strategic leader who understands that exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional employee experiences. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while overseeing all Human Resources functions and managing the administrative operations that support our growing organization. Responsibilities include Human Resources Leadership, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Compliance & Immigration, and Learning & Development.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Resources and Administration leadership experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, tourism, or a service-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline preferred. Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR compliance, payroll administration, and immigration processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
