The successful applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years' work experience in a similar position within Food & Service industry. Will be required to order all food and supplies, willing to work at two (2) very busy restaurant locations. Must be able to fill-in when staff are unavailable. Must work well under pressure and have a strong work ethic. Must have a valid Bermuda Intermediate driver's licence or willing to obtain, and transportation to move freely between both restaurants as needed. We have a zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol abuse. Pre-employment drug testing may be administered. All successful applicants must be punctual, hardworking, possess a proven record of good integrity, and excellent past employment references. Must be willing to be drug test throughout employment period. Must be willing and available to work weekends, split shifts, and public holidays when required.
