This position creates an exceptional experience for our customers by introducing to them new quality beverage and food products. Reporting to the Café Manager, the selected candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. At least two year’s experience in a similar role operating specialty coffee equipment is essential. Strong POS and inventory control skills are necessary. Having a friendly, enthusiastic, engaging personality is essential. TUCL requires an organized person who is able to respond with a sense of urgency and maintain momentum.
