Must be an experienced chef and have at least 5 years of experience working in a restaurant. This is a working position therefore you must be willing to work hard in a busy kitchen, weekends and public holidays. Must be familiar with all aspects of the kitchen operation, menu planning, and purchasing within a strict budget. Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Responsible for staff supervision, training, scheduling and the overall management of the restaurant. Must be reliable and be able to work well with other members of staff.
