Requirements
• Five years' experience in a similar role required. • Must have a proven track record of innovative ideas and programs to drive sales and profits to the department. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders. • Strong computer skills and proficiency with computer software used in the food industry. • Proficiency with Windows based computers and Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook email applications, including import and export functions. • Competently operate handheld devices, retail registers, weight scales, printers, modems, and other equipment used in point of sale and accounting systems. • Must possess the accounting and math skills necessary to supervise and handle sales transactions. • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to bend and lift loads at least 50lbs. • Must have strong negotiation skills. • Must have a positive attitude and be committed to creating a positive work environment.Salary
