Our client, Roy's Fine Food, is looking for an energetic, reliable, hard working and fully qualified Chef-de-Partie to work in their popular and busy kitchen at the Police Recreation Club. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in local and international cuisine. Key Duties and Responsibilities As Chef-de-Partie you must be experienced in a Variety of Cuisine. Must be able to handle all aspects of a busy kitchen and the day to day operations of the kitchen. Must be willing to work weekdays, nights and public holidays and overtime may be required based on the business needs. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Must be a fully qualified Chef-de-Partie in a variety of cuisine. Must be able to handle all aspects of a busy kitchen and the day to day operations of the kitchen. Must be willing to work weekdays, nights and public holidays and overtime may be required based on the business needs. Preparation of high quality cuisine to ensure the highest standards are achieved at all times. Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities Ability to work under pressure, must be reliable and have good hygiene standards for this position.
