We know that our products make a real difference to our clients and their families.Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing the managing the Company's financial records and processes. You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts through general accounting duties including, but not limited to, performing reconciliations, updating schedules from banking and system sources, processing claims payments and bank transfers, assisting with audit and regulatory reporting and other administrative accounting duties.Duties & Responsibilities:Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts.Preparing bank reconciliations.Settling day-to-day business expenses.Processing claims payments accurately and efficiently.Managing accounts payables.Maintaining timely and precise records.Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal team members to research and resolve matters where necessary.Posting journal entries in Sage.Participating in business process improvements activities.Assisting with year-end audit by providing supporting documentation as requested.Assisting with regulatory reporting processes.The Benefits | We value our employees and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment. Requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration preferred.Minimum of two years in a finance position.Excellent communication, organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience with Sage Intacct (or similar accounting system) is beneficial.
