The General Manager will lead the non-sailing operations of RHADC, ensuring exceptional member experiences and operational excellence. Working closely with the Club Officers and committees, the GM will develop strategies that align with the Club's objectives, maintain financial sustainability, and foster a culture of service and innovation. Principal Responsibilities include Delivery of Food & Beverage Excellence – to include retail offerings and menu development Event Delivery – driving innovation and enhanced experiences IT Management specifically to include POS systems Inventory Management and Development of Procurement Strategy to support this Food Safety Compliance – especially in light of recent government regulations Leadership & Team Development including leading food and beverage training Membership Engagement & Growth Communications & Marketing, with a strong need for social media experience Financial Oversight – including development of effective staff planning

Requirements

Minimum 6 years in hospitality, F&B and food retail management recently in Bermuda. Proven ability to train, develop and motivate staff to best effect Financial management, HR compliance, IT proficiency. Must be competent with excel. Very strong familiarity with POS, inventory and hospitality systems. Certifications: Hospitality or management qualifications (e.g., CMAE CMDip, CCM) preferred. Wine and spirit training, food safety training a definite bonus.
