The role requires a senior insurance / reinsurance finance leader with hands-on experience in group close, consolidation, audited financial statements, Bermuda statutory and regulatory reporting, Board and Audit Committee reporting, investor-quality reporting, capital and solvency support, and finance transformation in a multi-entity Bermuda / UK / Lloyd’s or equivalent insurance platform. Key responsibilities include strengthening BAU & Core Finance Operations, FP&A, Planning & Performance Insight, Capital, Regulatory & Rating Agency Support, Strategic Finance & Growth Projects, and Building & Developing a High Performing Team.
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (ACA/CPA or equivalent) ideally with additional designations such as CFA / ACII / CPCU; 10+ years' post qualification finance leadership experience with progressive responsibility in reinsurance or financial services; Strong technical grounding in US GAAP, Bermuda statutory / regulatory reporting and insurance / reinsurance accounting; Experience across a breadth of finance environments including SEC reporting, external investor reporting, and IPO readiness.
