Lancashire Insurance Company Limited, a member of the Lancashire Insurance Group, is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance Team in Bermuda. The successful applicant will assist with accounts payable activities and provide general support to the Finance Department. Main responsibilities include coordinating supplier invoices, statement reconciliations, inputting invoices into the AP system, monitoring invoice approvals, preparing payments, and bank reconciliations.

Requirements

High School completion is required, an Associate's degree would be advantageous. No formal accounting qualification required, but relevant experience is preferable. Previous experience with Great Plains would be an asset. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications and good Excel skills are required. Strong work ethic and flexibility to work beyond regular office hours as needed.
