Brown & Co., is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to support the General Manager in driving daily operational excellence, strengthening team culture, and elevating the overall customer experience. Primary duties include directing day-to-day store operations, strengthening inter-department communication, overseeing facilities and security, ensuring brand presentation standards, building a positive workplace culture, coaching and training employees, and managing payroll and scheduling. The role also involves assisting with P&L management, business development, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Minimum five years of senior management experience in a multi-department or large-format retail environment. Proven success in client service, sales leadership, and team development. Strong understanding of Profit & Loss management. Solid experience in inventory control, stock flow management, and POS systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fully computer literate in an MS Office environment. Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
