MEF LTD. is seeking innovative and exciting staff for the next season across its multiple operations including Little Venice, L'Oriental, La Trattoria, Fourways Inn, Harbourfront Restaurant, and others. Multiple roles are available across culinary, management, and service departments. Available positions include Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Head Chef, Chef de Partie, Sushi Chef, Chief Steward, Food and Beverage Director, Dining Room Manager, Sommelier, General Assistant Dining Room, Waitress, Bar Porter, and Live-In Housekeeper. Salaries will be commensurate with experience and ability.

Requirements

Varies by position. Generally requires 3-5 years of proven experience in respective roles. Specific certifications required for some roles (e.g., WSET Level 2 for Sommelier, valid Bermuda driver's license for certain assistant roles). Candidates must be honest, reliable, and capable of working under pressure.
