Join the Fund Oversight Team at FIL Limited's headquarters in Bermuda. The role involves managing a team responsible for seed capital oversight, governance, and reporting. You will lead the review of seed investment proposals, oversee governance frameworks, and partner with Investment Management, Product, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams. Key responsibilities include preparing management reporting for senior leadership, reviewing pricing proposals, and driving improvements in governance and capital allocation processes. FIL Limited is the head office of Fidelity International.

Requirements

Professional qualification in accounting, treasury or investments (ACA, ACCA, CPA, ACT, CFA or equivalent). At least 10 years' experience in treasury, finance, investments or capital allocation within financial services. Strong analytical skills with experience assessing investment proposals and business cases. Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior decision-makers. Proven experience operating within governance and committee structures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
