On behalf of our client, Breathing Room, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Holistic Wellness Practitioner / Restorative Movement Specialist to join their wellness team. This position requires a practitioner who can bridge the gap between fitness, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness. Key Responsibilities include: Design and deliver individualized restorative movement and wellness programs; Support clients through post-injury or post-surgical rehab; Integrate functional movement, mobility, and strength training; Incorporate holistic practices such as self-healing, meditation and mindfulness; Provide holistic and overall wellness guidance; Facilitate individual sessions and small group sessions; Contribute to educational workshops, seminars and corporate wellness programs.
Requirements
Five years' experience of holistic health and restorative support with additional training in Somatics and/or functional training; Minimum ten years' experience in personal training or therapeutic movement; Certifications in Functional Movement, Yoga, or related disciplines; A strong background in nutrition and wellness with the ability to create custom health plans; Experience in lifestyle coaching and mindful meditation is preferred.
