Walkers is a leading international law and professional services firm providing legal, corporate and fiduciary services to global corporations, financial institutions, capital market participants and investment fund managers. As part of the corporate group, the Senior Associate will work on a wide range of general corporate matters including public and private mergers and acquisitions, continuations and discontinuations, public equity markets and equity capital raising, shareholders' agreements and joint ventures and corporate governance.

Requirements

Bermuda and/or qualified commonwealth lawyer at minimum of 5 years' post-qualifying experience at a reputable law firm. Excellent academics with top level experience obtained in Bermuda or internationally. Motivated and commercially driven with a sound technical knowledge of corporate law and commercial practice. Demonstrable transactional experience at a senior level handling the day-to-day aspects and project management of client files. Proven track record of training junior associates.
