Bermuda Microsystems Group Ltd., is seeking a well-rounded Senior Systems Engineer to support and evolve a range of client environments. This is a hands-on role across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and Azure, with a particular focus on strengthening and taking ownership of network-related areas within the business. Responsibilities include supporting and maintaining client IT environments, taking ownership of networking, designing infrastructure solutions, deploying Azure solutions, managing Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and leading infrastructure projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience). Relevant IT certifications. Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience, ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment. Solid working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and subnetting, scripting or automation (e.g. PowerShell), virtual machines, virtual networks (VNets), NSGs. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure. Proficiency with vendor firewall and VPN configurations. Flexibility to work non-standard hours and participate in an on-call rota.
