On the behalf of our client, Anchor Marine & Maintenance Co. Ltd, we seek a: Heavy Equipment & Maintenance Technician. The HEMT must have a thorough understanding of marine engines. The incumbent will manage the repair and maintenance requirements of an equipment & marine portfolio; and broadly support the marine construction business of the company. Must be an astute troubleshooter, able to quickly assess mechanical issues, read and interpret repair manuals, intermediate electrical and hydraulic schematics, procure and deploy resources as necessary with a sound understanding of modern emission and safety standards. Persons with bodywork/welding/spray work experience will be favorably considered.

Requirements

Holding at least 10 years of progressive industry experience. Must have a thorough understanding of marine engines. Must be an astute troubleshooter, able to quickly assess mechanical issues, read and interpret repair manuals, intermediate electrical and hydraulic schematics. Sound understanding of modern emission and safety standards. Bodywork/welding/spray work experience is a plus.
