On behalf of our client, Auto 360, we seek a Senior Mechanic. Duties will include but are not limited to inspecting and repairing engines and other mechanical components of automobiles and determining estimates of repair costs. Must be considered an expert and comfortable with all types of engines, automatic/manual gearboxes, including diesel and fuel injections, computerized diagnostic and electronic engine management systems and electrical repairs and expertise with the standard tools. Must be willing and able to work overtime and be on call, including weekends and holidays at times.

Requirements

Having at least 5 years post apprenticeship work experience as an auto mechanic, mechanical foreman, heavy equipment mechanic or in a likely similar role. Applicants with certificates and or diploma in automotive technology will be favorably considered.
