In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults living with disabilities, dementia, mental health conditions, mobility limitations, and age-related care needs. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, household tasks, community access, and promoting clients' independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (or willingness to obtain), current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain), and a commitment to delivering compassionate, professional care are required. Experience in disability support, aged care, dementia care, medication administration, or related fields is highly desirable.
