Reporting to the VP FP&A Bermuda, this position is responsible for the Bermuda Statutory and US GAAP plan and projection processes for Athene's nine regulated Bermuda entities and acting as finance business partner to Athene's sidecar management team. Responsibilities include leading annual planning and quarterly projection processes, providing capital recommendations, presenting results to local executive management, and producing insightful analysis to drive key business decisions.

Requirements

Professional Accounting or Actuarial qualification with a minimum of 7 years' experience; 2+ years' FP&A experience within insurance or reinsurance; recent experience with accounting for life/annuity products under US GAAP, Bermuda Statutory and EBS frameworks; Strong financial modeling skills; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Perceptive self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities.
