The Enterprise Governance & Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting governance, compliance, project governance, operational improvement, and organisational communication initiatives within a reinsurance environment. The role requires a cross-functional professional with reinsurance experience who can translate governance, regulatory, and business requirements into practical processes, monitoring activities, reporting outputs, stakeholder materials, and operational improvements. The Analyst works across governance, underwriting, IT, project teams, and business stakeholders to strengthen operational controls, enhance governance frameworks, improve processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Previous experience within the reinsurance industry is required. Minimum 5 years' experience delivering operational improvement, transformation, change, or governance initiatives in complex business environments. Minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across business, governance, technical, project, or operational stakeholders. Experience developing clear stakeholder communications. Ability to translate complex business, governance, regulatory, and operational information into clear communications. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Degree in International Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field preferred. Professional certifications in risk management, compliance, governance, project management, or reinsurance preferred.
