Arch Reinsurance Ltd. (Bermuda) provides specialty property, casualty and life reinsurance products through reinsurance intermediaries worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to establish and lead our product discipline. This role is pivotal in transforming our company for the future and will kickstart product development, ensuring product alignment with our strategic goals, and driving measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and a proven achiever who is interested in building a world-class product to positively impact lives globally.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of technology product development experience of which at least 4 years building AI/ML products, platforms and solutions. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics or a related field. Demonstrated senior leadership experience in Product with global organizations and teams. Proven track record in product management fundamentals. Experience in establishing product disciplines and driving product strategy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills. Process orientation; ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes in and out of product development.
