Claims Analyst

On behalf of my client I am recruiting for several Bermuda-based Claims positions suited to experienced re/insurance professionals with the following knowledge and skills: Strong background in North American Property CAT and D&F claims, with a track record of handling large and/or complex cases. Strong prioritization, accuracy and analytical skills, with an advanced understanding of claims/underwriting systems and the ability to handle a high volume of work. Professional insurance designation preferred (or advanced progress toward one). Strong leadership qualities — able to mentor others and contribute strategically to the business Experience reporting and providing recommendations to senior stakeholders. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Own the claims process end-to-end: from logging and analysis to reporting, reserving, and resolution • Collaborate with brokers, insureds, adjusters, and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate outcomes • Support monthly financial close and reserve reconciliations, liaising with operations, finance and actuarial teams • Contribute to cross-functional projects and broaden your exposure across multiple lines of business

Requirements

Previous experience handling re/insurance claims coupled with relevant designations.
