Requirements
Experienced Associate • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; • Master's degree with specialisation in accounting from an accredited university is preferred but not required; • Minimum of 12 months recent accounting related work experience; • Must have written, or be scheduled to write all exams towards an internationally recognised accounting designation such as the CPA, CA, ACA or ACCA Senior Associate • Minimum of 3 years recent work experience at a public accounting, or equivalent service organization; • Internationally recognised accounting designation such as the CPA, CA, ACA or ACCA. Manager • Internationally recognised accounting designation such as the CPA, CA, ACA or ACCA; • Minimum of 5 years (recent) work experience at a public accounting, or equivalent service organization; • Proven managerial capabilities and operational experience essential. Senior Manager • Internationally recognised accounting designation such as the CPA, CA, ACA or ACCA; • Over 8 years of recent Big 4 or similar public accounting firm experience is required; • Proven managerial capabilities and operational experience essential. Required Skills for All Roles: • Knowledge of internationally recognised accounting standards, such as US GAAP, IFRS, Canadian or UK GAAP, PCAOB knowledge and experience will be an advantage. • Strong digital and technical skillset; • Highly organized, dedicated and self-motivated; • Excellent communications, interpersonal and time management skills; • Ability to coach and mentor more junior team members.Salary
