In this role you will: • Manage and coordinate strategically important projects as assigned by the Insurance Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track • Provide day-to-day support to the Insurance CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Work closely with various stakeholders, to ensure items are tracked, documented and well recorded Manage all financial performance, including ownership of business plan strategy and figures • Work closely with the Insurance CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: • Solid understanding of the Bermuda offshore insurance market Excellent planning, numerical and communication skills Ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across seniorities and geographies • Ability to self-start tasks, work independently, and take initiative when required When you join HSBC, you'll enjoy a supportive culture, a highly energised team, and have access to exciting opportunities and benefits, such as: Salary and benefits designed to give you a solid foundation for the present and future Mentoring, coaching, and training to upskill yourself, including word-class learning opportunities • Flexible working environment Range of resources to support your mental, physical, and social well-being Opportunities to work internationally, and join a range of Employee Resource Groups
